Does Anyone Else Miss Summer?

Winter has arrived and that means cold temperatures and slippery streets. I do remember what it was like to be a teenager, believe it or not. So, learn from my mistakes – dress for the weather and be careful when crossing the street. Never step off the curb until you’re positive that the driver is going to stop. Make eye contact with the driver. Also, no one is expecting you to be in the parking lot. It’s not safe to walk between the cars. The lot is off limits to parents and students until after 4 pm. So please walk around the lot or get your parents to drop off/pick up in front of the school.

WIND CHILL CLUB is when I open my room at lunch because of nasty weather. We show a movie or play games. It’s open to the entire school, so it’s first come, first served. It fills up quickly, so grab your lunch and come right at 11:40. Wind Chill Club will be advertised in the morning announcements or over the P.A. right before lunch.
